Two essays will be selected on test day for a total of 20 points. The objective portion will be worth 80 points.
1. Describe the New Deal proposals that were designed primarily to provide relief to victims of the depression.
2. How did the life of the average American improve during the 1920s?
3. What events in 1942 finally turned the course of the war against the Axis powers?
4. How and why did U.S. involvement in Vietnam change in 1964–1965?
